Safari Adventure Camps are designed to create ecological awareness in children, in a fun and informative way. A variety of activities are offered in this 5-day/4-night camp, including erecting camp & sleeping out, cooking on open fire, firearm etiquette, target shooting, tree & track identification, making biltong, game walks, mud fight, to name but a few. Children are accommodated in tents - safari style!

We welcome children between ages 8 and 14 on this safari. Children are required to bring their own sleeping bag and pillow - tents are supplied by Mafigeni. Detailed program and packing list is available on request. Please email mafigeni@gmail.com

Cowpoke Horse Safari Camp

Cowpoke Camp is a 5-day/4-night fun filled safari for horse lovers and includes activities such as trail rides, game viewing on horseback, horsemanship games, groom & care for horses, swimming and basically just lots of riding! Children are accommodated in tents. We encourage children to bring their own horses/ponies, however Mafigeni does have limited horses/ponies available for hire. If bringing own horse/pony, paddock/stable bookings are essential.

Children of all ages and riding competency are welcome on this safari. Children are required to bring their own sleeping bag and pillow - tents are supplied by Mafigeni. Detailed list of what to bring is available on request. Please email mafigeni@gmail.com
