• Non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to confirm safari & secure price and dates

• Balance of safari fees due in two equal payments at 180 days and 90 days prior to arrival

• Trophy fees due at the end of the hunt prior to departure

• Game wounded and not found to be paid in full

• When purchasing a package hunt, you commit to pay the full package price, regardless if you shoot all species in the package or not. 

• Species may be traded out on package hunts and pricing will be as per the current trophy fees

• We accept credit card (5% processing fee), check or wire transfers on safari fees; no checks for trophy fees.

• In the event that airfare is included in a hunt: Airfare credit of $1,500 toward Round trip International & Domestic Airfare in economy class included from major city such as LAX, ORD, DFW, IAH, JFK, YYZ, etc.) per person.  If flight prices are over $1,500 per person, the difference in price will be payable by client. I endeavor to book one-stop flights with reasonable layovers; however some flight itineraries may require 2 reasonable stops.  Shorter flights may be available at an additional cost to guest. 

• Price is subject to airline seat availability in economy class—seat selection and upgrades booked at an additional cost to guest. A credit of $1,200 will be passed on flights if booked by guest where airfare is included in safari price

• Rescheduling fees will run 10% of the safari price

• Package hunt pricing includes: Airfare credit of $1,500 from major airport, airport transfers, meals, drinks, accommodation, trophy fees designated in package, daily laundry service, English speaking Professional Hunter, all road transportation during safari, Skinner/Tracker services, trophy field preparation for taxidermist, delivery of trophies to Life Form Taxidermy & Government Tax.

• Package hunt pricing excludes: Airfare difference, additional game hunted, gratuities, accommodation or airfare upgrades, personal item purchases, rescheduling fees, visas, additional vehicle rentals, entry fees for sightseeing activities not included in hunt, travel & medical insurance, taxidermy fees & shipping of trophies.
